Telegram channel directory rules
The directory brings together channels and groups of traders who share their work: trades with a breakdown, market analysis, education, data. The hookscreener team reviews every submission by hand. Below is what a channel needs to be published and why we refuse. Every refusal names the rule it rests on, and once the problem is fixed you can submit again.
What a channel needs to be published
A public channel or group with an @username. Invite links are not accepted.
You are the owner or an administrator of the channel.
The channel is about the crypto market or trading: trades, analysis, the order book, on-chain, education, market news.
The channel is alive: it already has posts, and the latest one is no older than 30 days.
The description in your submission honestly says what the channel publishes.
Why we refuse a channel or take it down
- Guaranteed profit
Promises of guaranteed profit: “no risk”, “100% winning trades”, “10x in a week”.
- Fraud
Fraud: collecting money “to manage” or “for trading”, giveaways that require a prepayment, requests to send a seed phrase or keys, phishing links, fake exchanges and wallets.
- Someone else’s name
Impersonation: a copy of someone else’s channel, the name or logo of an exchange, a project, a well-known trader or hookscreener without permission.
- Sales only
The channel exists only to sell: paid access, courses or referral links, with no open, useful work in it.
- Inflated numbers
Bought subscribers, views or reactions; unverifiable trade results presented as fact.
- Prohibited
Illegal content and anything unrelated to trading: betting and casinos, getting around KYC and sanctions, 18+ content, hate, spam.
- Off-topic or empty
The channel is not about the market or trading, is empty or abandoned: no new posts for more than 30 days.
- Description doesn’t match
The description in the submission does not match what the channel publishes.
- Already listed
The channel is already in the directory.
The team’s right
Publication in the directory is a decision of the hookscreener team, not the author’s right. We may refuse a channel or take it down at any time, including for a reason that is not on this list, if we believe the channel harms the directory’s readers. We explain such a decision too.
What readers should know
Channels are added by their authors. We check them against these rules, but we do not check their trades or forecasts. The directory is not a recommendation and not investment advice. Trading cryptocurrency carries the risk of losing all the money you put in.
These rules apply from 22 October 2026. If we change them, the new version will appear on this page.
