This Privacy Policy describes what data is processed by the HookScreener service (the "Service", "we"), provided via the Telegram bot @hookscreener_bot and the website hookscreener.com, for what purpose, and how we protect it. By using the Service, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

1. What data we process

  • Telegram identifier β€” your numeric user ID and, if available, your username. Needed to grant access to the private group.
  • Access data β€” access status and its start and end dates.
  • Service events β€” facts such as bot starts, terms acceptance and joining/leaving the group β€” needed for the Service to work correctly.

We do not collect your messages, contacts, phone number, payment cards, or any personal data beyond what is listed above. No payments are currently processed in the Service, so no payment data is handled.

2. Why we process data

  • granting access to the private group with trading signals;
  • sending service notifications;
  • ensuring security and preventing abuse.

3. Disclosure to third parties

We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except:

  • Telegram β€” as the platform the Service runs on (under its own privacy policy);
  • cases expressly required by law.

4. Storage and protection

Data is stored on a secured server, in the volume necessary for the Service to function, for the duration of your access. Access to the data is restricted. We apply reasonable technical measures to protect the information from unauthorized access.

5. Your rights

You may request information about the data we hold about you, or its deletion. Deleting account data ends the provision of the service. To make a request, contact us (see the "Contact" section).

HookScreener provides informational data only about market activity. This is not financial or investment advice. You make all trading decisions independently and at your own risk.
