These Terms govern the use of the HookScreener service (the "Service"), provided via the Telegram bot @hookscreener_bot. By starting to use the Service and accepting the terms in the bot, you agree to these Terms.
1. What the Service is
HookScreener is an informational service that monitors activity on cryptocurrency exchanges in real time (order book walls, sharp price moves, trading-algorithm activity) and sends corresponding signals to a private Telegram group for members.
2. Access
Access to the Service is currently provided free of charge. To get access, simply start the bot and accept these Terms. We may introduce paid plans in the future β this will be announced in advance, and the current terms are always available on this page.
3. Group access
Access to the group is granted via a personal, single-use invite link. Transferring access to third parties is prohibited.
4. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee profit and are not liable for your trading decisions. You make all decisions independently and at your own risk. Trading cryptocurrency carries a high risk of loss.
5. Termination of access
We reserve the right to stop providing the service in the event of a breach of these Terms, including any attempt to transfer access to third parties or misuse of the Service.
