Signals

Four ways to read one market

Each signal catches a distinct kind of large-capital behavior. Together they show what's happening in the order book and the trade feed — no interpretations, no advice.

01 / WALLS

Liquidity walls in the crypto order book

A wall is a large limit order sitting in the order book. It's visible long before price reaches it: someone has placed a barrier in advance where the market may reverse or be held. HookScreener tracks these levels on spot and futures in real time and sends an alert the moment a wall appears.

For a trader, this is a map of the levels big money is fighting over. You see where the defense stands and where the barrier is that price will have to break through. It's not a "buy" signal: it's a fact about market structure that you lean on in your own decision.

02 / SWEEPS

Liquidity sweeps: spike and return

A sweep is a sharp price move through liquidity with a fast return. In seconds the market punches through a level by several percent and immediately snaps back: someone has swept the resting orders or collected liquidity. HookScreener catches it in the moment, not after the fact on a chart.

These sweeps often mark the points where stops were triggered and liquidity was taken — key reference points for entries and exits. You get the alert the same second the sweep happens, and you decide what it means for your strategy.

03 / BOTS

Trading-bot detection in the trade tape

Bots are algorithmic trading: a series of trades of the same size arriving at a steady cadence. Humans don't trade like this. HookScreener recognizes these repeating fingerprints in the trade feed and shows you when a trading bot is working a pair — a feature almost no one else makes public.

Knowing that a move is driven by an algorithm rather than live demand is an edge. You see the bot's side, size and rhythm and can tell whether it's building a position or unloading one. What you do next is up to you: ride the flow or stand aside.

04 / PUSHING

Pushing: an order-book pressure pattern

Pushing is an order-book pattern, spot only. A resting wall takes its first touch from aggressive trades, and a new same-side density instantly appears beyond it. Someone is refusing to let price turn and is pushing it further. HookScreener catches this the moment the wall moves with price.

It's a direct sign that deliberate pressure is behind the move, not random demand. You see that a level isn't just being broken but actively shoved through — and you factor that into how strong you judge the move to be.
